At MasterTrailer, we take pride in the quality of our trailers. All our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

1. Coverage

• Duration: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase

• Covers: Structural integrity, manufacturing defects, and key mechanical components

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, overloading, or accidents

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Corrosion from neglect or environmental exposure

3. Making a Claim

To file a warranty claim:

• Email support@mastertrailer.ae with purchase proof and issue details

• Our team will assess and confirm eligibility

• Approved claims may receive repair, part replacement, or product exchange at our discretion

4. Limitation

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement. MasterTrailer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to product failure.
